  • Rudy Guiliani is the latest person to be sued by Dominion Voting Systems
  • A scrape of Parler videos and images identified over 6,000 unique faces of people in or adjacent to the Capitol on January 6, 2021, and those pictures have been made public
  • The Department of Justice is worried about court capacity and is considering not charging some who committed more minor offenses on January 6, 2021
  • The Wall Street Journal first reported that then-President Trump considered firing acting Attorney General Rosen, and replacing him with a loyalist who would overturn Georgia election results on Presidential direction

  • Brandon Straka of Nebraska is the founder of the WalkAway campaign and was arrested after outing himself on social media
  • Stephanie Hazelton of New Jersey, aka Ayla Wolf, and a candidate to be the Q Shaman “Dances with Traitors” spouse, was arrested after video showed her yelling for “more men” and “keep pushing” — oh my
  • Marissa Suarez of New Jersey was arrested, she is a correctional officer since 2019

Delays in stimulus package create unemployment chaos

President Donald Trump signs the COVID Relief bill and Omnibus spending bill, but the delay has created chaos

After almost a week of delays, and allowing the December 26, 2020 unemployment deadline to pass, President Donald Trump signed the COVID Relief and Omnibus Spending bill on Sunday evening. The delay in signing pushed over 12 million Americans over an unemployment cliff and has caused chaos for employment security.

In Washington state, Governor Jay Inslee and Employment Security is providing a one-time payment of $550 for PUA recipients as a bridge to coming federal assistance.

Up to 40 million Americans face homelessness as eviction and foreclosure crisis looms

In response to the looming economic collapse, Congress passed the CARES Act, which included a one-time stimulus check of $1200 for some Americans, the Payroll Protection Program (PPP), and a moratorium on evictions and foreclosures. Despite trillions in aid, gaping holes remained that Main Street and American families have fallen through. Banks did not get guardrails on how to manage forbearances. Congress didn’t waive rent, only deferred it, and didn’t provide any financial support for small landlords. Twelve-million American households find themselves more than $5000 behind on rent, and six-million households face foreclosure.

Congressional leaders and the White House have agreed in principle that another stimulus package is needed, but hyper-partisan politics has destroyed any forward progress. In 20 days, the CARES Act and all of its protections evaporate. If Congress takes no action, the transfer of $2.5 trillion in wealth to large scale investors, private equity, and large corporations will begin.
